Moorhuhn Shooter - Hunt for the iconic Moorhuhn!

Moorhuhn Shooter is an action-packed shooter and a remake of the cult Moorhuhn original game in which you have to hit as many flying grouse as possible!

Armed with your shotgun, you are challenged to hit as many grouse moors as possible in the Scottish Highlands and collect as many points as possible within the time limit.

Get the grouse out of the sky and control your crosshairs with the mouse to capture the nimble birds. As soon as you have a grouse in your sights, click to shoot. The grouse fly at different heights and speeds, so adjust your shooting strategy accordingly. Each grouse you hit earns you 5 to 25 points. Make sure you don't waste any time, as each round is limited to 1:30 minutes. You can reload ammunition endlessly with the space bar.

Fun fact: The first Moorhuhn game was originally developed as a promotional game for the Scottish whisky brand Johnnie Walker and was actually only intended to be played at special promotional events in pubs. However, the first grouse game soon spread on private websites, was then officially offered for download and triggered a huge hype around the funny computer game characters in the 2000s.

Since 1998, the grouse have also been providing lots of fun in various video games for the PC!
